Cultivating spaces where humanity and innovation thrive

Harmony Collaborative Consulting offers a different kind of partnership. We aren’t clinical experts. We’re innovation experts. We help you change the way you’re innovating, not the ideas you want to execute.
With deep expertise in applying human-centered design in operational environments, we know how to break down silos and scale systems that people can actually use. We gained those skills working in complex, high-stakes operations, including global logistics and fulfillment, pharmacy operations, healthcare benefits management, and patient care delivery.
We don’t come in with cookie cutter answers. We collaborate with you to design how care-delivery innovation will work in your organization – so it’s safe and sustainable from the start.
About Kathy
Before Harmony, life was good. I’d built a successful career spanning three decades and was leading a large design team at one of the biggest brands in the world. I’d exponentially grown the team, redefined how we thought about our customers, and reshaped how products were designed and built. Change was humming along – and it was working. It felt like we were innovating on a daily basis.

But deep down, something was missing. Over the years, I’d watched the same pattern repeat itself again and again: innovation efforts failed when they were siloed from day-to-day operations. When the people doing the work weren’t part of the innovation team.
I knew there was a better way.
That’s what led me to found Harmony Collaborative Consulting and create the Harmony Momentum Method. Grounded in design thinking and co-creation, it provides a repeatable system for innovating in complex, high-stakes operational environments.
Today, healthcare executives come to me when they want to innovate in care delivery but the operational constraints feel heavy. When teams are stretched thin. When they can’t afford downtime from innovations that make things worse, not better.
Together, we eliminate the risks.
Innovation starts to feel possible – and safe to start.
